First visit www.jvmanager.com/members and get the coupon for Fantasos' owners.
Then visit www.turboaffiliates.com/turbo/blog and check the coupon offered to TMers.

And then COMBINE those coupons by placing

Example:

Say that the coupon offered through the Fantasos' members area is: UIKJ
And the coupon offered by the TM's area is: IKOL

The coupon you'd use is: UIKJIKOL
