Allow getting full payment by affiliate group

Select the affiliate group from the drop down menu.
Affiliates that belong to that affiliate group can include their Paypal email address and receive 100% payments of the orders for all or any of the Products included to this Package.

Note: Your affiliate/s must first order a SCAP (Special Commission As a Product)
