Affiliate groups

Click "Affiliates groups" to:

  • Add/Edit a group for your affiliates.
  • Delete a group.

How to add a new group:

  • Click "Create."
  • Insert the Name.
  • Check the "Active" box to activate it. If you un-check that box in the future all affiliates assigned to it will be disabled.
  • Check "Enable auto-accept for affiliates" or leave it blank for manually activating affiliates for this specific group. If you activate this feature then the affiliate's account will be automatically activated upon the verification of his/her registration (that is: when s/he clicks the verification link in the email message s/he will receive after registration.)
  • Check "Enable mailing downline" or leave it blank if you do not want the  affiliates of this specific group to email their downline (sub-affiliates.)
    • Define the "Number of messages affiliates can send to downline" if you enable that feature and the Period from the drop down menu.
    • Also define the footer to be added to all outgoing email messages through your affiliates to their downline. Read the instructions for the variables you can parse. You can NOT include HTML tags in that area.
  • Check "Allow affiliate to see his/her customers" or leave it blank if you do not want that.
  • Click "Add"

A specific URL for the registration of your affiliates is generated for each group you add.

How to edit an existing group:

  • Click the name of the group you wish to edit.
  • Make the changes and click "Save."

How to delete a group:

  • Check the box on the left for the group you want to be deleted, select "Delete" from the "Select Action" drop-down and click "Apply/Save."
